"Requiescat In Pace" is a Criminal Convoy Side Mission in Watch Dogs. This side mission can be activated when visiting a Brewed Delight in Brandon Docks. It also involves a character from the Assassin's Creed franchise.
Synopsis[]
When hacking into a phone found at a Brewed Delight, Aiden Pearce finds an individual named Olivier Garneau, the CCO of Abstergo Entertainment, who finds himself targeted by the Assassin Brotherhood. Aiden then pursues Garneau and his convoy, who protects the CEO. Soon afterwards, Aiden has to immobilize Garneau with his Baton, resulting in the completion of the mission.
Upon completing the mission, Aiden will be rewarded with $10,000 and 1000 experience points.

Trivia[]
- The side mission references what may have happened to Olivier in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag when he traveled to Chicago and was subsequently reported missing on his way to a shareholders meeting.
- Though what actually happened to him has never been explained by the games, Darby McDevitt has stated "My headcanon is that he actually defected to the Assassins."
- Despite all this, however, this mission is a non-canon part of the Assassins Creed universe, and was solely placed in as a fun Easter egg from the two development teams at Ubisoft to the fans of their respective franchises.
- "Requiescat in Pace" is a quote commonly said by Ezio Auditore da Firenze of the Assassin's Creed series, another Ubisoft Game, due to the relation of the series and Olivier Garneau. The phrase means: "Rest in Peace."
