The PlayStation 4, or PS4, is a video game console released by Sony on November 15, 2013, and is the successor to the 2006 PlayStation 3. Watch Dogs was released for this console on May 27, 2014, and Watch Dogs 2 was released for this console on November 15, 2016.

The PlayStation 4 is a home video game console from Sony Computer Entertainment. Announced as the successor to the PlayStation 3 during a press conference on February 20, 2013, it was launched on November 15, 2013 in North America, and November 29, 2013 in Europe and Australia. It competes with Nintendo's Wii U and Microsoft's Xbox One, as an eighth generation of video game consoles. It has been rated much better than the Xbox One.
