Los Angeles (often referred to by its initials LA) is the largest city in the state of California. While unseen in the Watch Dogs series, it is known that Marcus Holloway and Sitara Dhawan were born in Los Angeles, and that Sitara moved to San Francisco to escape the "hollow" and "stuck-up" culture that LA had to offer.
