An affordable everyday commuter car.
―In-game Description.

The Nakahawa Motors Zusume is a four-door sedan that appears in Watch Dogs.

Design[]

The design of this car appears to be based on the styling of the 1997-2002 Mitsubishi Lancer (non Evo).

The front end of this car is relatively simple; two thirds of the central area features an air intake, split into two rectangles, there is an ovular fog-lamp either side of the intake in line with the horizontal strip of metal that split the intake. The headlights have a concave upper edge and this curve spans the entire front edge of the bonnet/ hood. There appears to be a black main front grille between the headlights.

The sides of the car are very straight, signified by how straight the main body line and lower window line is. There are small flares around the wheel arches and there is a thin horizontal bulge almost halfway between the wheelbase and the window line. The greenhouse is curved but carries typical styling of cars from the late twentieth century; the C-pillar of the car finishes very sharply when combining with the main body. A window channel lies in between the B and C-pillars. The car features seven spoke steel wheels with seven spoke hubcaps, wrapped in medium profile tyres.

The rear bumper is similar in structure to the front; it features a small bulge around the lower edge and an elevated area for the upper two thirds of the bumper. The rear light units are dominantly red with a small white area in the lower central corner for the reverse lamp.

Performance[]

The Zusume is a real slow car with half star top speed, but it does have acceptable acceleration and handling. The vehicle's durability is low as well, so car-to-car combat is its weak point.

Trivia[]

  • The name of the vehicle is very close to the Japanese word "susume", which means to advance or move forward.
  • The Zusume also appears in Ubisoft Annecy's Steep as undriveable parked cars.
