In Watch Dogs, once the Focus Skill is unlocked, drinking it will temporarily boost Aiden's maximum Focus duration. It can be purchased at Brewed Delight Coffee Shops for three dollars. In Watch Dogs 2, as with beer, because Focus is removed, drinking coffee does not provide any sort of in-game benefit.
