Security Gates are objects able to be hacked in the Watch Dogs series.

Security Gates often surround restricted areas, preventing normal civilians from entering. The player is able to hack the gate, and open and close it, creating a distraction to surrounding enemies and gaining access to certain areas.

- In Watch Dogs, when a Blackout is triggered while the gate is opening/closing, the gate will remain halfway open.
- In Watch Dogs, unlike other driving hacks, Security Gates do not have the "neutralize" indicator. They still have the ability to block pursuers.
