Blume affiliates are a type of NPC in Watch Dogs. They look like regular civilians, but the profiler identifies them as "Blume affiliate".

When the player hacks a Blume affiliate, they will soon attempt to make a call to report Aiden. This results in a timer notification appearing on the screen and Aiden eavesdropping on the call. If the call finishes, a bounty will be placed on the player, which will give other players higher rewards for hunting them down (see Online Hacking). To avoid the bounty, the player can interrupt the call by running after the Blume affiliate and grabbing the phone from them, using Jam Coms, or aiming a gun at them.
